My trick to reveal the hidden verbs is to hunt out ion, ment, and nce. To do this...

Use Ctrl F 

1. In Word, hit Ctrl F. It will bring up the Find box. 

2. Type in ion.

3. You'll see all the words with ion highlighted. 

4. Change as many as you can to verbs, for example give consideration to could become consider, considered, considering, or considers.
   

Do the same thing for ment and nce.
